Wendy's

UPDATED TO SAY THAT THE PLACE HAS REALLY TURNED IT SELF AROUND! THE MANAGER melody is very friendly and you can tell she cares about her store. The service was on point and food was even better. Great choice from upper management in this manager😊 I typically go to Wendy's over the other fast food places nearby as I love their food. However the past few times I have gone at night and Wow! 2 weeks ago I went at approx 9om and the employees were hanging outside by the door near drive through acting very unprofessional would be a nice way to say it. 2 of them walked over by their car and lit up a blunt right in front of me and my children, (yes it was weed, could smell it) while another guy and gal continued to "chill" by the side entrance and curse, toss their hands in the air then look over at me and start laughing. The woman working inside was very nice however and I felt bad for her as she seems not to be of this type and a hardworker. I was going to report it and decided well kids will be kids and decided to try again. Last week went in again and same group was working, another awful experience. The girl working drive through again thought she was "cool" and was very rude, unprofessional and just totally made me not want to come again. This is unacceptable especially in customer service. The staff had rap music playing loudly which contained curse words and could be heard from drive through window, everyone was carrying on like it was a party vs a job. I get kids are learning and well nobody is perfect but come on someone should teach them how to act at a business. Tonight was my final attempt. I tried coming through drive through at 10 pm along with another car and well again the place was all dark, with exception for indoor lights (a common thing, not sure if they are broke or not but never on at night), me and the car in front of me sat where you place order and nobody responded for over 2 mins. We pulled around to the front and yet again everyone was hanging out either in lobby or by side door. The manager really needs to have a talk with his employees including his night time management because this place is gone down the tubes as far as the service, minus the maybe 2 pleasant young ladies I have encountered. Wendy's I love your food but won't be back until there is some changes.
