Little Italy

Waited over an hour and a half for food which came beyond cold and incomplete. No sauces for wings or perogies. Hawaiian had a tiny slice of pineapple per slice. No plates when told them to delivery to a local winery and asked for soda that they forgot. Delivery guy was really nice. Man I spoke with on the phone was rude and said there was nothing he could do for me besides 10% off my next order. No thanks. Its not even good we were just starving after waiting nearly 2 hours.

Well. Live and learn. Shows you should read reviews before trying a new place. New to area. Never order from this place again. Answers to previous negative experiences are promises broken. Things are shown by actions not words. Still having long delivery, incomplete order after waiting and waiting, when call to discuss issues we were giving excuses and told were incompetent to order with a computer just to receive mediocre food. Such poor service. ** update ** i expected the same pre-written response all your other negative responses got. shows how out of touch and inconsiderate you are. it means nothing to you and your lack luster food establishment. your apologies fall flat on the floor but i do hope you treat the unfortunate customers you still have with the respect they deserve. never again for me and many of my friends from the area.

I can not blame the sweet girl who answered the phone! I ordered garlic bread but only wanted cheese on half! But would pay full price! My order came to 44.56 I then got a call back they would not do half cheese I said at that time just cancel the garlic bread! After charging my credit card I called back 1 hour an half later to see where my order was an was told all orders went out an they had no more drivers so they canceled my entire order! Well I have had so many experiences with this pizzaria! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Even if your starving! The owner is so rude! I am not sure how they are still in business 🤔 my family owns pizzaria's down in Essex County and are appauld when I just told my uncle how I was treated an how he conducts his business

We ordered online and we got our order and we are missing 2 sandwiches and garlic knots. We called for help and the employees and the manager were very rude and called us stupid. We will never go there again and the sad thing is we paid about $100. They will not gives us a refund for the missing items.

I just went for one plain and one sicilian slice. They had a lot of potential, unfortunately, they were overdone, bordering on burned. It's hard to find a good sicilian slice - this one could have been good, but hard to tell. They were getting phone and takeout orders, but I was the only one in the dining room. So they weren't overly busy, which makes this quality control issue especially disappointing. The owner seemed like a nice guy, laughing with other customers as they came in.

Last straw on this place. Ordered a two topping pizza with extra sauce and a two person antipasto through slice. I got a phone call moments later stating they were out of one of the toppings. I asked for onions instead. Picked up the order and returned home. There was about 8 pieces of onion on the extremely dry (hardly any sauce) pizza. The antipasto for 2 could be eaten by a 6 years old. The staff hardly acknowledges you when you walk in. Much better options in town.
