They missed half of my order and I did not realize until I got home 30min away. I called to ask for a refund and they claim they have no way to refund my card without me coming in to the store. It's 2021 and you cant reverse a card transaction? Not sure if they're incompetent and don't know how or if they straight up lied to me. Trey answered the phone claiming to be the manager, was rude not willing to offer any other solutions. Long story short, avoid this location if you can. If you can't, make sure to check your bags because they can't handle a $20 order.
