Always very good service at this location. The staff are always pleasant. Even when extremely busy. Destiny rocked through 2 full lines of cars at the drive thru on Memorial Day. If they have staffing issues here, you’d never know it. Everyone here is providing excellent customer service consistently.

The day manager had an assembly line going . The drive thru window was being fixed so she adjusted to the situation and had the workers doing specific jobs. Best McDonald's I've been to in awhile. Keep up the good work!

It's a stereotypical McDonald's, complete with over-worked and under-paid staff. If McDonald's wants to make a modicum of an improvement they need to first stop treating their employees like broken ice cream machines- never tended-to and blamed for everything...

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Drive threw was slow, taking for ever I just wanted a coffee so I went inside and was told the lobby was closed and they wasn't taking any orders right now but yet there doors was open? DO BETTER! The girl was rude when I walked in. They wasn't even taking orders in drive thru cause I sat there for 10 mins!

RUDE!!! VERY RUDE!! I ask for my order made fresh because I know at night they don’t cook it to order they leave it out all day. And they made fun of me and laughed and said bad remarks. Threw ranch at me when I asked for 1. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT FOOD POISONED 2 times. UPDATE Came back on 2-09-22 GOT ORDER WRONG 3 times!! My husband is allergic to ketchup and mustard and hates onions. They messed up 3 times and wouldn’t give money back. The manager is a young girl with colored hair and is very rude she walked away when my husband asked for refund. She needs to be fired.

Went there today and waited in line at the drive through for 35 min until I got my food, and even then the burgers were barley warm. The milk shakes didn't even look like milkshakes.

Got the chicken sandwich meal and on my 2nd bite I got a freaking bone out of the chicken. Sick of this mess at this location. I will drive into Anderson before going to the belton store again. We keep trying and it just keeps getting worse.
