Blends Wine Bar

Place is small but very relaxing. Employee was pretty knowledgeable on most of the wines they had. They have a decent selection of wines they serve. They had live music but the artist could definitely use some singing lessons. Overall I enjoyed my time there. Next time I need a little time relax I would definitely consider going back there.

I enjoy this establishment. The owner is very knowledgeable and offers great recommendations; the developing staff is helpful and eager to learn. If you need or want guidance on wine recommendations, it is definitely worth waiting on the owner. The Wine 101 events on Wednesdays are fun. I've tasted great varietals. On Sundays, she offers half priced glasses of wine on bottles that are open - genius idea and a great opportunity to try new wines. Follow the Facebook page for events. I love love love that Blends features local artists and musicians.

Went here for the first time on Saturday, and I must say that it was super awesome. The decor/ and the art for sale was awesome. Very good lighting. However, I ordered a bottle of wine off the menu that was priced at $18.50 and when the bartender cashed me out and it was $ 25. I asked the bartender why it was so much when it said that it was $18.50, and her response was, " we are in the middle of a menu change, so the prices are not all correct... no one has noticed that yet, so thank you for letting me know so I can let other customers know." I was very confused as to why I didn't get it as the price marked... I just feel that was the right thing to do, since it was priced that on the menu. She also said that she would bring us water and we were there for almost 2 hours and never received our water.

If I could leave negative stars I for sure would! Horribly overpriced wines. The mark up on these bottles is RIDICULOUS!! A standard$14 bottle of wine is $40+ here. And by the glass prices is such a rip-off.!!!! The owner is rude and pretentious to her own customers! I have NEVER walked in to an establishment and felt so unwelcomed until I came in here! 0/10 do not waste your time. STAY FAR AWAY!

Really disappointed in this place, doubt we will return. The band ruined the atmosphere as did the price. Most people go to a wine bar to socialize - impossible here with the volume of the music. It also frustrates me to pay 12.50 for a glass of wine (one of their Cab Sav's) which tastes offensive. Sad to have wasted the $10 on cover since we only stayed 15 min.
