Mi Pueblo

It's been a long time since I was last here. It was only a short wait to get a table on a late Sunday morning. Service was great. Food was awesome. I had Migas which were delicious. It was served with beans, potatoes and a strip of bacon and tortillas. Wife had combo breakfast taco and she liked that the tacos were actually full. She like them a lot. Grand daughter had a burrito which looked incredible, but I didn't sample it. Grandson had chicken nuggets that just looked meh. Cost was about $10 a person plus tax and tip. TLDR: Good service, great food, worth a visit.

Mexican food is a comfort food for me. I am rather judgmental when a salsa can't be made well. I have no complaints with Mi Pueblo. The two salsas they delivered to the table had a fresh and warm homestyle feel. The fajita beef was flavorful, plentiful and tender in my Texas burrito. Wife loved her taco salad. Overall, a terrific experience and excellent service. I will definitely return.

My wife and I are pretty picky about Mexican food, and this was a good one. Portions were large but not out of control, the flavor was on point, wait staff was all very personable, and the beer was cold. The music was a little loud which made wrangling our kids while we were there a little challenging. Otherwise nothing to knock them on.

Best tasting Mexican restaurant in the Belton/Temple area. The staff is friendly and the food is always great. I don't know what it is but the beans, rice and beef here are top tier when it comes to Mexican places. Prices are average and when busy, the parking lot can be a tad too small. Definitely would recommend all in all.
