Chill locals bar that gets in a dj. Its nothing fancy but is a good time with good people and good food. Will be here again

Joe's is a local favorite with great food, better music, cheap drinks, and amazing service. This place gets packed on the weekends, especially in season during the summer. They often charge covers during the summer but is usually not more than $5 or $10 bucks and it's worth it to pay as their drink prices make up for what you pay at the door. Highly recommend this place for drinking, eating, and having a good time! Please like this review if you found it helpful. =)

This place is amazing! Our bartender, Sam, truly showed us a good time at the jersey shore. She was welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable on all there is to know about Joe’s Surf Shack! We had a wonderful atmosphere, even better food, and outstanding drinks! Thanks Sam!

Stopped here for takeout after a day at the beach. It's definitely a local shack style dive bar but the food is great. Burgers and cheese fries are A1. Short rib tacos are pretty good too.

This place is amazing! Cute beach themed bar atmosphere and the food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was cooked r perfectly! Ginormous portions, my boyfriend and I were stuffed plus leftovers! Staff was super kind and totally on top of things! Would absolutely recommend for lunch or dinner! Very chill vibes.

Cool bar in belmar! It’s on a residential street and they have some decent food! I’ve only got a few wraps which have been exactly what you’d expect! If your in the area it’s worth a stop for a drink and a bite to eat! They offer outdoor seating with a little bar outdoor as well FYI.
