I love the friendly atmosphere , very nice and cozy down home location . The food here is excellent I would love to bring my entire family here for the holidays.

Great spot. We had our dinners at the bar so as to secure a prime spot to watch and hear the band. The steak sandwich for $12.99 was excellent. The 2 bartenders did an increadible job keeping up with the orders. The bar was 2-3 deep.

Decent food and service...highly recommend the calamari and beef dip sandwich! That beef gravy though, SO GOOD!
My husband and I also ordered the shark bites (meh) and sole sandwich. Great job frying the sole, but so incredibly BLAND. Like put some hot sauce on the side...or a little garlic salt or something for this fish...anything! I ended up using Hubby's beef gravy on this 😂
The place is dated and not as flashy or trendy as some of the surrounding restaurants but it is comfortable. They have a covered outdoor sitting area too, which is pretty nice.
If I went back here it would definitely be for that beef sammich though...I recommend you go get it too!

Best local dive bar down the Jersey shore! Live music with awesome bands almost nightly. Check it out and have a cold one, just don't ask for prosecco😉

This place is fun. Cheap beers. Pool tabels are great and the video bowling can get very competitive. Its heated with wood so its very warm and nice in the winter and the fire pit outside is fun all year.

We just went in for a few beers. First place in a very long time that the bartenders were actually nice and attentive. Surprisingly the food was good too. Everyone is friendly including locals.

Very Very Good Food , as close to home cooked as you can get. Complete Dinner at a great price including salad and soup and the blue cheese dressing isn't all mayonnaise .
Drink prices are fair. You can't please all the people all the time. PS Really good steaks.

You are right (Alan Pech) the Steak Au Poivre is awesome!! I get every time. The wait staff is personable and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience, though agree it can be a bit noisy - because it is usually busy like most of the shore restaurants.

We love going here! Bartender Sean is the best.. Makes great, strong drinks. Great local dive. Food isn't bad.. Waitress service could be better. Definitely a great place to grab a beer after work or on a Sunday.

Hot summer evening sat outside with great friends and great food. Dave was our waiter. He was awesome. Try the Shark Bites and the Shrimp Nachos. You will not be disappointed.
