I don't like giving 5 stars, but it's well earned. Many dishes ordered, all were flavorful and perfectly executed. Service (CJ and hubby) were personable and attentive. Ambiance was perfect. BYOB. Outside, the 360 YR OLD tree is random and a perfect centerpiece. Highly recommend the slab bacon, Asian baby back ribs, and Mississippi Mud Pie.

Entered with excitement of trying a place with all finger foods! We were greeted by the hostess which had to make sure the kitchen was still open 1 hour before announced closing time. They were still open and we were seated and explained how it was scratch to table. We placed our order and we're amazing by the great taste of freshness from the 4 choices we picked. The wings were the definition of real wings. The rock shrimp 🍀 were well presented but did a lack a little flavor. The beer cheese was just so banging and hand cut was just delicious! Overall the experience was very delightful for a new spot to try as a local. I believe that keeping hostess to the last customer leaves would be a good thing to say bye to every one. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ Make Sure You Try I will be back many times

This is a great dinner option if you are looking for better quality food, cleaner atmosphere while still casual enough to show up wearing shorts and flip-flops. The place is very spacious, clean and bright and lots of outdoor seating so you can enjoy nice summer night dinner. Ideal for date night, also great for groups I’d say 25+. The wait staff are professional, diligent, hard-working and fun! The prices are surprisingly affordable considering how good the food is. The menu offers enough variety so that anyone can enjoy the food there , but make sure you read the descriptions of each meal carefully or else you will inadvertently order some dishes that are weird combinations of food (for example: french fries with maple syrup, or stinky cheese on flatbread).

We were a table of 8 on a Wednesday night. We are all locals and I had been there once or twice and wanted to have my friends experience this great new restaurant. I was anxious to see how they liked it. The owner made us all feel so welcomed and at home. The atmosphere is very cozy, and tables are not all crunched close together. (The outside yard in summer and spring is lovely.) As for the food, everything was fantastic. The firecracker shrimp, meatballs, artichoke flatbread, and sacchetti were just a few of what we ordered. Everything was fantastic. To top it off the waiter was so attentive to us and we never had to ask for anything including ice for our wine. Everyone was happy to be introduced to this new restaurant and all will certainly be back. Thanks again for a great night out at a great dinner. By the way all places in the area are closed Mondays they close Tuesdays. You must try this place!

I have been to twisted tapas several times for dinner and LOVE the food and the outdoor space. This past Saturday, I held my daughter's bridal shower there. Well, OMG it could not have been more PERFECT! Of course I knew the setting would be the most beautiful place to hold this exciting event and the weather cooperated BUT, the staff and the food were beyond amazing. My family and friends could not stop raving about everything. The Twisted Tapas team went out of their way to make everything so perfect for my daughter's special day. The food was so unbelievably delicious. Everyone had more than enough to eat. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dinner and also for a special event.

Great professional and courteous wait staff. Food cooked to order and delish. We love the atmosphere both inside and outside seating. Able to enjoy time with party able to- enjoy conversation. Background music volume and selection is perfect. Wish I was a food pic taker to share the fare.

I don't review very often but I feel like I needed to. Twisted Tapas is fantastic! From the food to the staff tens all around. The patio in the back is where we ate dinner and it was so peaceful and the tree is incredible. I recomend this place if you want good and high quality food.

Flavorful food, a bit pricy per dish as far as tapas goes, but the portions were big. We shared 4 plates and left feeling fairly full, around $60 with tip. They do not serve alcohol but will call across the street and have anything you like delivered if you don't BYOB! Outdoor seating is gorgeous with a big "twisted" tree and warm lighting.

Have been there a few times and it is always fantastic. Great food and service. Kids love it! Great for a date night and even better for a big group. Inside is nice for cold or rain, but sitting in the back by the tree is the way to be.

Had the pleasure of eating at Twisted Tapas restaurant in Belmar for a late lunch yesterday afternoon. I sat at the outdoor patio, the weather was perfect and so was the service. Bryan took great care of me, he was extremely courteous and on-point with fast service. The food was excellent...highly recommended!!

Ordered almost everything on the menu. Only misses were the beef taco and empanada . Every other item was very good. Nice friendly place. 4 of us ordered 3 or more items each, but that was way to much food. The $$$ add up quickly so pace yourself. Byob and good service.

While not a huge fan of tapas style dining, Twisted Tapas is definitely an exception to my rule. My group and I, 7 in total, ordered several different plates from the menu as well as some of the specials. The calamari, firecracker shrimp, bacon mac & cheese, bacon slab strips and braised baby back ribs were out of this world. BYOB is always good too!

The food and atmosphere are amazing. I especially loved the seafood salad. The patio is simply stunning, featuring a 300 + year old tree in the center.

We had the pleasure of dining at Twisted Tapas during its opening weekend June 26. Located at the former site of Tulipano's restaurant on Main Street, Twisted Tapas has a gorgeous open-air courtyard out back, where you can dine al fresco under a majestic 300-year-old cottonwood tree. The food and service were excellent on the night we visited. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to all our summer rental guests. Easy walk to the restaurant from our shore house rental in Belmar and BYOB, too. What we like: firecracker shrimp, seared scallops, Colorado lamb pops

Yummy every time. I always order the specials too and they never disappoint. My go-to BYO spot to visit with friends. The outdoor area in the summer is the way to go for a great atmosphere!
