Love the food and people and that a dinner I went to as a child is still standing and serving the public. It's been there serving the community for over 40 years and that's a nice thing. We the public like that it has remained through all the hardships. Thank you!!
Royal Oak Diner has the best wester omelet on the Island, ask the hot waitress to add some tomatoes and onions, she will make it happen ... and if you dont ask she will tell you to do it. The decor has a cool terrarium vibe

Excellent place to dine. We have tried diners all over long island and this one is by far the best overall. A warm atmosphere, friendly service, great tasting food with large enough portions to take home a doggy bag every time. We eat here every weekend. The lobster bisque is TO DIE FOR!

Had breakfast there with my husband Saturday morning. The food was excellent and our waitress friendly and got our food to us quickly. Breakfast was excellent , my omlete was perfect and my husband emjoed his hash and eggs. We will definitely be back.
A regular lunch stop when working in the area. Easy off and back on Sunrise Highway. Unique greenhouse windows filled with plants. Way cheaper than waiting until you get to the Hamptons to eat! Good food, attentive staff, and never a wait for a table.
