The Bellport Restaurant

Nice place to dine in Bellport. The short ribs were the favorite of our party. The fried oyster salad wasn't the greatest combo and there was too much breading on the oysters. The Vegan II and Thai Noodle appetizer were good. Unfortunately our server disappeared after taking our order, so no one checked on us and it took awhile to get our check.

Few places in your life will call back to you like The Bellport. It is THE staple of the charming, close knit community that is the Village of Bellport. The Bellport's hardworking and friendly staff set this establish apart from a traditional dining experience. As members of the community the team at the Bellport help you to understand what makes this town so special- Olivia, Juliet, Jackie, Jacob, Karly, Tess....Skip, the 50 year resident who plays the blues before the band starts on Thursday....are you kidding me?! Sometimes yes, you may have to wait for a table- go to the bar, talk to the person next to you. My advice: spend time at this place. It supports the local economy, its supports the local people, and it's also super convenient. Try the brussel sprouts, thai peanut noodles and martinis :)

Great food, great service, great setting! If in Bellport definitely pay the bellport a visit. We had the filet mignon and short rib for mains. Starters of Brussels and clam chowder could not be faulted. Such a friendly vibe for two people out of town as well. Peanut butter moose is not to be missed for dessert. Leave room for sure!!!

Good place. Everyone was super nice, food was delicious and unique. The only feedback I'll say is if they're trying to serve cuisine from around the world, keep it authentic. The chicken Tikka masala was underwhelming and lacked authenticity. Other than that great place and atmosphere. We maybe back.
