Love this place! I’ve had take-out ramen and dined in and it has been great every time. The ramen is so delicious and they bring it out very quickly. Prices are very fair and the staff is very friendly which is always a perk. Highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the area!
This place was great for a quick sit down meal. I went at around 5pm on a Saturday. It wasnt busy, they had some take out orders but no one else was there. Delicious! Lunch with the kids was wonderful. We had a great time. This was our first time here, at this fairly new restaurant in Bellmore, 316 Ramen and it was delightful. The broth, ingredients was just right and so were the portions. We each tried different bowls. And each were as wonderful
**Updated on 4/30/23*** We just ordered the same exact meal to go because it was such a rainy day. They pack the broth separate from the bowl of ramen ingredients. You add it when you're ready. I can't stop eating the spicy chicken tan tan. It was absolutely delicious. Plentiful portions & perfectly

I had the Tonkotsu ramen which has a pork broth with pork belly. The broth was rich and flavorful and the pork tender. Nice amount of toppings making the bowl plentiful.

The environment is so warm and welcoming, the staff is just so personal and attentive. Ordered the scallion pancakes appetizer and Tan Tan Chicken Ramen and it was absolutely fantastic. It was my first time coming here so I didn’t know what to expect and they definitely exceeding my expectations.
Recommended!!!! The best ramen I have had. I always finish everything in the bowl. Even all the soup. My first pick is the Tonkotsu Ramen, then Spicy Chicken Tantan. They have a wide variety of appetizers and multiple ramen dishes including shrimp, chicken and even vegetarian.

Ive been to Japan and this place is one of the closet experiences in the states that I have had in terms of tastes and atmosphere. The prices are great, the food tastes so fresh, and they even have my favorite Japanese beers as well!!
316 Ramen is one of the most traditional Ramen places I've been. It was phenomenal from pork to broth, the shoyu bowl that is. Their cold brewed tea happens to be the best drink I've ever had from any place I've reviewed so far.
Delicious ramen with Veggies options too! Calamari was so good and the shrimp ramen was great, you can substitute the broth for veggie broth as well. Place was super cozy and service was awesome. 10/10 will be back

Awesome ramen spot. They make fresh noodles and have a variety of types of ramen. We usually get the tonkatsu ramen and the shrimp ramen but I always request to swap the noodles in the shrimp ramen to the fresh. So delicious!!
The ramen here is sooo good !!! So flavorful but not too salty. Even their spicy pepper oil is super flavorful . Definitely is one of the kind ramen! Ordered the the tonkashu ramen while friends ordered the other ones.
