Herb's Cider

I stopped in here today to do some business with the crew and was offered a sample of the Double Stroke...and I have to say it was very refreshing force regular Bourbon and Beer guy. Normally I shy away from hard ciders because I usually get a tremendous headache from them; not this time. I will definitely tell my friends about this find and share some nectar with them. Thank you to the crew at Herb's for a great introduction to what a hard cider should be about...no headache!

Excellent cider in Bellingham. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for cider. Very nice that they offer flights so you can try various offerings. The Single Stroke Semi Dry and Single Ratamague were very good and the Hazy Pub Cider, Triplet and Double Stroke were all excellent. Very good service as well even though the place was packed.

I'm generally not a fan of hard cider because of how sweet it is. That's not the case with Herb's Cider. It's so smooth and the flavor is incredible. My family and I visited the tasting room in Bellingham which is near my mother-in-law's house. Because of that I'm actually willing to go visit my mother-in-law so I guess you can say Herb's Cider brought my family closer together.

I had actually gone in to the building before it was open trying to figure out what was going on and found out that there was going to be a new cidery! I first tried Herb's ciders at Scotty Browns and we decided to go check it out. First of all, the location is awesome, the cider is delicious (there are so man different options) and the ambiance is awesome! Friendly people working there and we happened to go in on a night where they had Bingo going! I can tell that this is going to be a long lasting business in Bellingham because it is so focused on quality and customer experience. If you like cider definitely try this place out, if you don't you still should try Herb's! Highly recommend and I wish this business nothing but success!

We had tried them a while back when they were new at the farmers market. I got the Groupon for the tasting for two, in which you share Four 5oz pours, each person gets a 16oz pour and you get a sticker each and 25%off merch that visit. We got the Black Note, Syncopation, Winesap and Cox's Orange for our tasters and then in the 16oz we had the Triplet Reserve and Northern Spy. Overall so delicious, four out of five stars though because staff wasn't very friendly.
