Do the workers eat part of tacos before serving somebody... Or do you sell broken shells that maybe had fallen on the floor...one might have to wonder seeing something like this. 😕🤮🤢

I literally never write negative reviews but I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes tonight (which is expected at this taco bell, usually not a huge deal if i’m getting some tasty food) but my quesadilla was literally just a burnt tortilla, there isn’t even any cheese in there. pretty disappointed, if i could do less than one star i would

At 1:59 Pm today we ordered food and a Happy hour drink. When we arrived at the window to pay it was 2:01 which would mean the drink is a dollar. Not a big deal, but when I asked the cashier if she would adjust the drink due to happy hour, she was not flexible. I declined the drink and I then watched her throw it out. Silly customer service. I paid for the food only. That kind of customer service lost my business. I don't like the way that felt. Money is not the issue but that inflexibility is evidence how the business is run. The order number was 304141 at the Bellingham Wa Sunset store (stone number #029616). It was a female cashier but the receipt said it was Zachary G. I did report this young lady to corporate. Silly exchange but would be good for her future to learn a new skill that will go a long way in her life.

Foods great always love Taco Bell.
BUT you guys recently never have Mexican pizzas. I was told supply issue and that sucks but until someone figures out how to make my favorite order come back, no great review.

Good food but the drive thru gets a lil long at times

Customer service has really declined since they closed their lobby. It's taken a good half hour just to get through their drive thru and they've screwed up my order the last two times. I don't blame the employees who are overworked and breaking down, I blame the idea of having the lobby closed for so long, resulting in ridiculous backups in the drive thru.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Far from “FAST FOOD.” I come to this Taco Bell because it’s the only one within reasonable distance from where I live. Every single time I come here the line is outrageously down the block. It takes 5 minutes for 1 car to even move. I understand the whole staff shortage thing but I also think the employees are taking advantage of it and moving like turtles. I’ll also add that every time I pull up to the window I see at least 2-3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Who knows maybe they could help the line move along? Not a great business strategy in my opinion. If I could say something positive, the order accuracy is good. 9/10. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is just absurd.
