Honestly I don’t usually like Sunday's because that’s the day before the New week and I was having a rough day, I was coming back from work earlier today and got hungry. I decided to go to Jack In the Box and everyone was so kind it really brightened up my day the only tiny complaint I have is that they Got me a Regular coke instead of a Diet Coke other then that the food was amazing. The Curly fries were very savory and the Home Style Ranch chicken Sandwich was great.

Went there before 11:30 pm on 5-13-22. I noticed the Taco Bell nearby had massive amounts of cars in their drive through while Jack in the Box had absolutely no one in their drive through, so I decided to get from there since there was no line. I find out why there isn’t anyone ordering from there when I’m informed that I won’t be served at the drive through because they were only doing orders from their app. What?! Not one sign anywhere saying that you won’t be served if you didn’t order off the app. If you’re not going to serve people in your drive through then turn the signs off. Won’t be coming back for the less than mediocre food. The only reason I ever got the “food” is I could get it at any time and I work odd hours. You can be sure I’m not the only customer that’s been lost for life. I only wish I could give zero stars for that idiocy.

Jack in the Box sent me an automatic (and insincere) corporate “apology” asking that I contact them to “discuss”. Thought that I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Logged onto the e mail address that took me to their website. Where the only way to contact them was by phone. I don’t get cel phone reception at my place and why would I want to speak to them? Not a one of them really gives a toss. They only want my info so they can use a minimum wage worker as a scapegoat for their screw ups. Even more reason to never go to a Jack in the Box again and to warn anyone not to go there.

Didn't hear a word I said in the drive thru, kept having to repeat myself over and over again. Ordered one meal finally and was given my total without asking if I wanted anything else. When I asked if I could order another meal they didn't answer for 15 seconds and then asked me to repeat myself. Fix your speaker system if it's so hard to understand your customers, because of that you lost business.

After 7 1/2 hours at the ER with my wife on Wednesday night at 12 30 AM I look to see who is open for fast food in Bellingham and find that Jack In The Box drive through is open 24 hours great we can get something to eat on the way home go there only to be told we are only doing Uber Eats and Door Dash no regular orders. If you only do those orders that time of day that is fine post that in your ad not advertise you are fully open in your drive through worst place to go you will never get my money any time of the day If it is not good late at night

My fiance and I come here ALL THE TIME because they are just so awesome and fresh, the food is always HOT, and that's alot to ask for nowadays with some of the other local fast food joints. We asked for a side of cheese... They had no way of offering OR charging for it... So you know what they did? They melted some cheese in a carton and gave it to us for free. THIS IS THE OLD SCHOOL WAY, IN THE 90's WHEN THESE PLACES WOULD ACTUALLY TRY AND ACCOMODATE, it's a dying breed, believe me. Thanks for everything guys and girls at Sunset Jack in the Box!!!

I would put 0 stars but it won’t let me , went to get three breakfast meals and all the sandwiches where missing they’re meat and cheese , we went back to have them remade and waited out front and when we got them they where exactly the way they where the first time , we tried to go in to talk to them but the door was closed so we just threw the food away …. Definitely not satisfied especially since the order was 48$ , won’t come back

Please tell me why the past three times I have been unable to get food. The drive thru is either closed or only open to uber eats. Everytime I go it's around 2-3AM so I get it's slow. But to literally have a person come over the box and only say "were closed sorry" with no we will be open at this time or anything like that makes me just think the night crew is lazy and dont want to work. Please remove the "open 24 hours" or train the night shift better. Just a waste of very expensive gas at the end of the night.
