Came to Old World Deli on the most beautiful spring day last weekend. They had an excellent selection of cold sandwiches, paninis, and more. There was plenty of seating indoors and some culinary goods for sale, such as olive oil, tinned fish, and wine. Lovely spot!

The fact that I don't eat at Old World Deli every day is a testament to my self control. They have soup, sandwiches and pastries that are all so delicious. The Hungarian mushroom soup is a must try. Round off lunch or dinner with a bottle of wine and you have a solid deli. Try it out.

I've only ever had one sandwich here, but it was the best damn sandwich ever. Pastrami with cheese is mind blowing and I can't recommend this place enough. A but pricey but worth it when you leave content and you can shop the cute market of sauces, spices, wine, etc while you wait. Always a visit when coming to bellingham

I had the best Italian sub here today in the 6 years I have lived in Washington. I grew up in New England, so that says a lot. Great Breadfarm baguette, and the cured meats are so tasty. They also have a good variety of international foods in their grocery.

Absolutely best place in town to find yourself some cheese and meat. It’s the only place I have been able to find coppa which means I may be a bit biased because I love coppa so much.
Their food is superb too! I like to pick around their menu, and from their simple grilled cheese to their fontina and spinach panini I have never been disappointed. Oh, and their house made mac salad is to die for. Can’t visit without at least getting a cup of it.
All this and a huge wine selection as well. Truly can’t be disappointed here.

Wow, what a great spot! We shared a wonderful lunch the other day and would absolutely recommend. Great atmosphere for a work meeting or getting together with friends. Reasonably priced and fresh ingredients. If you haven't checked out Old World Deli yet, you are missing out!

Perfect downtown deli - great selection of sandwiches, salads and soups. Hand cured bacon, their own sausages and a large selection of wines and imported goodies - great for stocking stuffers and gifts for foodie friends.
