Luna Coffee

This was the first time at this Luna location. Very disappointed. Waited forever for our order of 3 drinks. The couple who ordered after us received their drinks before us. Then when we finally received our drinks there was an error with one. Although they graciously remade it but again had to wait. This location is nothing like the service and attention to detail the Luna in West DePere provides.

Upon walking through the doors I was instantly met with slightly playful and country chic vibes. The atmosphere is definitely a win. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff and in less than 10 minutes of my ordering, my food arrived. The coffee was perfect (as usual w/ Luna), the chocolate biscotti was delightful, and the ledgeview egg and bagel was tasty. Prices are fair and food was satisfying. My only complaint was that the egg was obviously cooked in a microwave as it was over-cooked and rubbery along the edges. I will most definitely be returning, but my hope is that management will change from using the microwave eggs to real fried eggs.
