Almost every time I order I'm asked to park in the stall and wait for my order. Today there wasn't anyone behind me. I ordered 2 sauce egg McMuffin s, with an orange juice and an iced mocha. Not sure why I have to pull forward to wait for them to make an iced mocha, especially when there was none
Got $2 meal deal for McDouble and small fry. Order taker said “oh my god” after we corrected her on it being a small fry, not a medium. Guy who handed us our food forgot the fries and waited 2 minutes before opening the window back up to see what was wrong. Cashier was awesome though. Food was good
I’ve never had a legit burned burger from McDonalds before. This was so dry, nearly crunchy, and gross. Thank God the fries were normal.
Had to repeat our order numerous times and it was not a speaker problem you could clearly hear the person on the other end then when we received our order and drove off received unsweetened tea when we asked for sweet tea pretty much it was a miserable experience the hash browns I ordered also cold
This rating just dropped to a star. Should be rated as Zer0! Because doordashers are pushed aside when arrived. The workers are helping other cars orders in drive thru and getting them served abd finished. They didnt even arrive on the premises to place an order until after doordash was already

I didn't see the gentleman who took my order at the drive thru but he was so kind, upbeat, and thoughtful. He even told me to be safe. ❣️
Used to be a clean, fun family stop. Now it's just one of the dirtiest Mc Donald's in Bellevue. Avoid rude employees who use phones while on duty and care very little about your dinning experience and food.
