Delicious sandwich, terrible service. I called 5 min before closing to place a 8 sandwich delivery order for the next day, they wouldn’t take my order because they closed down the computers! I tried placing an order online, what a nightmare! No boxed lunch Turkey Tom’s!?!?!When I ordered a Turkey Tom and made it a combo, the sandwich would not show up in the cart, only the sides. No problem ordering the #11, #10, & #12 . I tried using the app on my computer and on my phone, wasted too much time trying to place an order for delivery or pick-up, awful program. Guess they don’t want to sell Turkey Tom’s. Terrible app.

Store accepted to-go order via Jimmy Johns app along with payment. When I arrived to get the sandwiches, it was completely closed. No ability to request refund or get sandwich from another location. Will never order from here again.

I ordered a meal for immediate delivery. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called the shop. They assured me that my order was on its way... 20 minutes later still no delivery. I called the shop back and respectfully voiced my frustration. I told them I deserved a refund for the extended amount of time they made me wait. The manager was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! He rudely said okay, and then HUNG UP ON ME. This restaurant does not know hot to treat their customers, and needs to learn what the term "customer service" truly means.

Sandwiches are consistent but the hours of this location never are! Coming in on a Saturday 20 minutes after opening time just to find them closed with no sign explaining why. Super frustrating

Normally the service is quite good and fast so I'm rating a 3 but I'm writing this review because one of the employees (in uniform) was basically making out with his girlfriend (non employee or at least not in uniform) at the stand up counter/table near the side customer entrance to the store (making a very narrow path for customers to walk through). It didn't even phase him when I awkwardly walked past him and they didn't even move so the same thing happened on my way out. I don't like it when restaurant employees are making out in front of me, please fix that. The sandwich they made was good though, as usual.

When paying $12 for a sandwich, I expect it to be correct. Over priced subway that doesn’t even toast their bread. Also nasty white bread… really?

Awful service AND terrible customer service. Imagine I leave one building away from their store:
My last three orders:
1. An hour passed without any update so we called and of course "they forgot to make the sandwich", delivered 30 minutes later.
2. Similar to 1.
3. Today, 20 minutes after I placed the order I got a call from the store that we are cancelling your order becauase I don't have a driver.
Avoid this store, their head is stuck in their bottoms and I don't see it coming out anytime soon.

We had a significant last minute catering fiasco - no food - 45 minutes prior to a guest event. The team at this location went above an beyond, processing an order for 60 guests in a little less than 45 minutes. We couldn't be more grateful for their gracious hustle!
