It was our first time here and it was hard to find from street. Place by it self small, but it can be better set for sitting. It was 3:40 p.m.(they are closing at 6)and when we want to order, she said they out of most of the items, so I got last chocolate waffle(which doesn't have chocolate flavor at all) with only choice of vanilla ice cream, and my girls got matcha waffles with vanilla ice cream, we also got smoothies. She told us it will be 15 min., but we wait for more than 20 min. Taste wise was good, I really like my smoothy, waffles were good too, but I don't think I will go back. They should be prepared better and have all choices from menu and more, and also more workers or machinery to be able make faster.

A box of disappointment. I was really excited to try their toastbox because the pictures looked pretty, but looks are deceiving. The shop itself is trendy and well decorated, but also small, dark, and cold. You get to build your own toastbox, but WHY would you only offer two ice cream flavors? Especially vanilla and cotton candy...? We were told that it would take 30 minutes to prepare. I raised a brow, but went with it. When it finally came out, it wasn’t as “full” as some of the photos I’ve seen, but I went with that as well. Well, the toast itself is dry and tasteless. I’m wondering if they even used proper milk bread? They barely put any honeybutter inside, which is what is supposed to give honeytoast its flavor. DRY AND TASTELESS. I am not exaggerating when I say each bite was a disappointment. It was a struggle to finish even with my husband helping me. I guess that’s what I get for anticipating it. I say: if you’re going to allow customers to build their own- offer more variety of options to make a good honeytoast. this ain’t it.

Excellent treats. Their made-to-order waffle ice cream is definitely one of the best desserts I've ever had. The only reason they don't get a 5 star is because their service is pretty darn slow. It took me 15 min just to get to the counter to put in my order and there were only 2 people in front of me. Just don't be in a hurry. End product was however excellent.

The bubble waffle was delicious and fun. I loved the warm waffle with cold ice cream and toppings. It does take a while to make the waffle (5-10 mins), so be prepared to wait. Since I'd never ordered one of these before, I had quite a few questions for the person at the counter—she wasn't very helpful and seemed annoyed that I didn't know all about their bubble waffle options. I'd probably still go back because their bubble waffle was about the same price as a waffle cone with ice cream, but more fun.
