Food is good, but variance from day to day exists. This means, the same dish ordered different days may be prepared differently (ie significantly different spiciness or flavoring).
Additionally, with phoning in to get takeout - you may find (for reasons only the business knows) they are not answering the phone or disconnecting your call so you cannot get through to place a take-out order.
But IF you do get an order placed and you are OK with some variability in the way the dishes taste, its a good value and does taste great.

The food was terrible. My Mandarin Chicken was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. And the rice was no better. And the price was too high in general. Try Chan's Place in Issaquah. So much better

Very good food and service. Quiet atmosphere. We had the fried rice, walnut shrimp and sesame chicken. All excellent.

Somewhat bland, dishes can be hit or miss -- inconsistent quality. Regional specialties can be very good, but quality of food (meat especially) brings down overall enjoyment.
