Auntie Anne

Well these pretzels are not the bloated pasty white dough shapes I remember. They are more like twisted buttery dough shapes with less salt rhan I remember. Quite good. Not as bland as the ones I've had from other Auntie Anne's in the past. Good customer service, and the line goes fast. Craving a bag of the pretzel bites? You can get these to take home or to the soccer game with the kids. Or hey. Did you know they have an app now? You can even order ahead. Progress tastes delicious. Enjoy.

The cashier in this location is horrible. A brown male with glasses, around 5’6, long hair. Seems to be of Latino origin. Not very professional. Customer service is not this workers priority whatsoever. Displaying an aggressive tone when asked simple questions like price and size of their products. The workers here clearly need more training on customer service and displaying good manners. This was on a Monday, June 13, at 7:24 PM.

Usually I’m not one to complain about food service unless it’s really bad. This happened a few minutes before closing. I was waiting in line for pretzel bites and while I was waiting I saw an employee throw the remaining cups of pretzel bites away. Then when I got to order the bites, the person at the counter said “we ran out of pretzels, sorry”. If by ran out you mean thrown them away sure. Meanwhile at the same mall Starbucks and Panda Express are still serving the remaining guests after closing time. If you’re not gonna serve us at least give us a heads up. Also don’t even bother asking them to combine the small size pretzels cups into a large one. They won’t do it most of the time, they’d rather throw it away.
