mediocre or below average customer service. staff barely smiles and gives a bitchy vibe. yogurt is okay with only 3 flavors to choose from.

This place has a smaller selection of flavors and higher prices than other frozen yogurt stores like Yogurtland or Menchie's, but the yogurt is definitely healthier and better quality. The staff is always friendly and the portions are generous. The store is always clean and there is normally seating available inside.

GUYS THE HYPE IS ACTUALLY REAL. The creamery is right on the corner from our apartment and I have to admit I practically live there. I just love good ice cream. While there's almost always a long line...I promise you it's worth the wait. Must get the salted caramel & the cookies and cream. It's heaven.

Love this place! Ive never been a fan of places with too much artificial toppings. Everything is healthy (telling myself that lol). We had a smoothie & parfait. All was delicious & i love that they pour the yogurt. As a germaphob self serve grosses me out. Nice staff too.

I've gone in here three times now and the staff is so rude. They are high school girls with short responses, no smiles, and I watched them treat the customers ahead of me like crap too. When I asked if I could get a mango smoothie she just said "yep." And made it, set it down and turned the iPad to me to slide my card, with no words.
The customer before me was asking about a gift card balance and their response was "idk we can't check for you, you have to do it yourself". They filled my 16oz cup about 3/4 full. Not going here anymore.

Red mango has good froyo. However their Bellevue square location is very limiting; they generally only have 4 flavor options and toppings are 50-75 cents each. I never really figured out that their froyo was better until I visited their Redmond town center location, which is set up like most froyo shops and has many options and prices by weight. Personally, I prefer to opt for other locations in the mall.

I'm a true fan of Red Mango. This location is a bit hidden in the back of the mall but once you find it, you'll be happy to find yourself a nice big bowl of Red Mango yogurt. I love the regular with mochi and berries.
