Wowwwww 6 small potatoes in this... not worth 2 bucks. So glad that all three of the spicy potato tacos came with a total of 15 small potatoes so glad I got that for dinner....... thanks taco bell for sucking mot what I expected after demolition man.

This is absolutely disgusting! Not to mention, I didn’t get my food I ordered. An entire meal I paid for wasn’t in my bag (chicken chalupa meal) So let’s do the math…. You didn’t give me my order (the food I ordered for myself) and the part of the order you DID give me is in the bottom of the bag tossed around in receipts and wrappers that touch counters and hands. I ordered two power bowls and nachos as well, which were literally empty & on the bottom of the bowl. I wish I would’ve taken pictures before I threw them out. 40 dollars in the trash.

Tldr: Received smashed food and only 1/2 of our order. Returned to the store to have it corrected and still received 10/11 items and our special order item was still made incorrectly. Will not return to this location for future orders. The food we received on our order was smashed. Our Doritos locos taco was at the bottom of the bag and smashed. We were missing a beefy 5 layer, a cinnamon twist, and a beef crunchy taco on our original order. When I got home, I called the store and asked for the manager. the employee who answered, was the same employee who had taken our order. When speaking with the manager I requested a name to write down as I was taking notes on my receipt as to who I spoke with. She immediately said that she would not provide a name or what her position at the store was. Instead I let her know I would come down to the store since I could not receive answers over the phone. When I arrived the staff did not acknowledge me and I finally had to holler into the back room to receive service. Our order taker was again the employee I spoke with. She apologized for the issue and assured me that the food would be remade and she would oversee the employee while it was being remade. I waited while they helped 4 people through the drive through line, then they remade my food. When I received my remade order I was still missing an item and the special order beefy 5 layer (no beans) still had beans. I waited to hopefully speak with the manager again for a few minutes but she never returned. I opted to instead take my now once again cold food home so we could at least eat. I called the restaurant and spoke again to our order taker who apologized but did not check the order was correct before it was returned to me. Order # 358469 04/17/22 2:48PM

I have been here for about 4 times. The portions are just way small compared to other TB locations as if the staffs here are stealing foods. So, I went ahead and order extra portions, and it is still the same small regular portion as of the staffs don't see an upgrade because they are not reading the online orders. April 11, 2022 11PM is my 4th visit. I ordered fries with Taco and a bowl with rice and beans upgrade with Steak. When I arrived, I told them it was an order with the last name Win. Instead of just giving me, the staff asked what is the order. I had to tell her that it was a bowl and a taco. She told me that steak is not available and if I want chicken. When I opened the package at home, she forgot to put fries I ordered with taco. The extra portions of rice and beans are just regular size. I would say she is stealing about $2 worth of foods this way. If she is stealing $2 from $10 order from each customer, think about how much she is making. She probably is taking steak home as well which is why she asks if I want Chicken. It is not like we get a refund for the difference!

This Taco Bell is a joke. Literally the whole order was messed up someway after a 40 minute wait in a drive-thru you can’t get out of once you are in it.

I understand them being short staffed but 22 min in line JUST to place my order & fact that drive thru is surrounded by concrete meant I couldn't leave the line once the wait was too long, it then took an additional 11 minutes to get my food at the window. I'm sorry but 34 minutes is NOT fast food. When I politely asked the drive thru person if there was anything they could do for keeping me hostage in line for 20 min, she said "no" with no further response. Food was lukewarm at best. I will NEVER visit this location again nor will any of my family or friends

This a good convenient stop due to location. However, currently it's hit or miss if you can dine in, or only drive through is open. The people working there are nice, but they are clearly short staffed. Dining area is always clean.
