Review Burger King - Belding

I make the occasional stop for lunch during my work hours. The crew working the weekly lunch rush does a tremendous job! Even if there's a line, it's never a long wait. My order is always accurate and my food fresh. The staff is always friendly regardless of who is working that day. It hasn't always been that way at this location, which makes me extra thankful for the staff that works there today. From the cooks to the front line staff... they all do a great job!

We did a drive through app order. The window server was very friendly and the order process was fast. We did order extea mayo on sandwiches but don't think that occurred but we received more mayo packets then ordered so guess it was a wash. The food was hot and otherwise our order was correct.

I'm so glad Belding has a Burger King!! BK breakfast is my absolute favorite :) the staff are always friendly, coffee is hot and the food is on point, every time👌

Took a while to get my order through drive thru and there was way too much ranch on it.

Really good service. This place is ran pretty well compared to some other local places.

They did great. I ordered a whopper with no bun. They actually gave me extra tomatoes and lettuce without a charge. Food was great. People were very friendly.

Whopper was perfect & so was crispy chicken sandwich made to order.

My wife and I have been here for breakfast a couple times over the last few weeks and the lady that is working in the morning handing you your food is so friendly and kind. Always has a smile on her face, always quick to greet you and has never messed anything up on our order. We appreciate you and your hard work and dedication. I hope the company recognizes you as much as the customers do.

Easy off and on the freeway, great food and people

The Belding Burger King is the best Burger king I have ever visited! I swore off eating burger king a few years ago because every time I went to various locations they would mess up my order, charge me for food I did not buy, & one time I had a certain burger king put rotten onions on my burger. It was not out of retaliation, just out of carelessness. Regardless, it was gross & I was not happy. My friend is a Belding native & told me that the Belding Burger King is a cut above the rest, so I decided I would give BK one more try after all these years. I ordered a double king burger & it was absolutely amazing! The food was clearly made with care, & it tasted like a good burger should. I have since gone back to this burger king multiple times & every time the food was amazing. I appreciate the employees of the Belding Burger King because they are friendly & do a great job with the food, & have not messed up my order even once. I recommend this BK & ONLY this BK to hungry people who dont like rotten onions & just want a good burger.

Terrific food wonderful service

I eat there mostly every day. My favorite sandwich is the big fish and the whopper because they are always made perfectly by the kindest set of crew.

Excellent service. I didn't have to wait very long for my food. My food was freshly made for me nice and hot like i like it and it was delicious. I recommend this BK to everybody.

Worst service in town. Slow. Slow. Slow. Cold food. Orders wrong. No napkins. No straw. Missing sandwich. Won't ever go back. No wonder McDonalds is always busy and they aren't. Manager and staff could use a class in customer service. Manager just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not even an I'm sorry. Waited 15 minutes in the drive up.

My boyfriend and I have been going to the Belding location for a while every once in a while to pick up the rodeo burgers and chicken fries. They're really our favorite from the franchise. The last couple of times, however, the service has been less than adequate. Since both of us have worked service we wrote it off as understandable to a certain degree. This changed this visit as when we approached the window to pay for the meal, the cashier rolled her eyes at me and I made comment to my boyfriend and he had seen it, too. This was our second time having this young lady respond in a negative or less than pleasant manner. When my boyfriend tried to make a comment to her she shut the window. He then tried to bring it up with the manager at the next window only to have her shut the window before he could get more than a few words out of his mouth. (He made comment that at least she had been pleasant and was likely just in a hurry) His opinion changed, however, when we finished our plans for the day and decided to make a call to a manager to talk about this sort of thing so that, hopefully, a potentially bad apple could be pulled from bushel and we would come back. That isn't likely to happen as, upon calling and talking to them, he was hung up on. Twice. He's normally very understanding about this sort of thing and understands people get frustrated, but the continual poor service, the orders that were made incorrectly, and now this blatant disrespect has finally gotten to the both of us. We don't want free food, we don't want a refund, we want the problem fixed. Hopefully if people catch wind about these events that will happen. After all, you certainly can't talk to them about it.
