The food was AMAZING, however, the part I wanted to review the most was the customer service. I stopped in for pickup and they had some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The man working was beyond positive, nice and even walked people takeout orders to their cars so they didn’t have to come back in! We ordered a lot of food off the menu and it all was some of the best chinese food we’ve had. They did a phenomenal job and we will for sure be using them whenever we are craving chinese. Couldn’t recommend more :)!
We always get the crabragoons and egg rolls along with beef w/ vegetables and the generals chicken. We love this place. It's out go to for good Chinese without driving far.
Had the general tso's with fried rice and both were very good. Ordered the hottest general tso's and wasn't super spicy was the only somewhat disappointment but it was still super tasty. Will be going back

Best small-town Chinese/Thai I've been to. I have yet to find another place as good as Chee Peng. I love their Vegetarian Fried Rice and Yellow Curry. The Crab Rangoon and Potstickers are super good too. It's nice that you can choose the level of hotness you want as well depending on what you're in the mood for. I have yet to find another place that has Sweet N Sour sauce as good as cheese peng's. Hands down a must-try place to eat you won't be disappointed!

The food was really good! I had sweet and sour chicken, which is how I measure all Chinese restaurants. The chicken was crispy and not greasy. It had a lot of fresh veggies. The sweet and sour sauce wasn’t a red gelatinous mess, it was completely delicious! The service was great too, they were very friendly on the phone and when we went for pick up. Also the egg rolls were super good and very large.
We have loved everything we've tried so far from Chee Peng! Everything is made when you order (carryout only, as of this review) so the food doesn't taste like it's been sitting in oil, unlike some other places that serve this cuisine. Due to this, they also offer to custom-make dishes, if you have any food sensitivities or preferences. Egg drop soup is delicious, orange chicken has actual Orange slices in the sauce! You should try it for yourself and see!
It's an icon of the local area, a family who has been part of the community for many years. Covid and a loss of the patriarch has definitely changed the restaurant, but the community has really seemed to step up to keep them afloat and continue to enjoy their food. The food is the usual small town Chinese/Thai. Expect something wholesome, comforting, and free of surprises.
Hot and sour soup and the best Damn crab ragoons on the planet! I love this place! I end up coming here once a week, Plus the prices can't be beat!
Best Chinese food! I love how they had sauce on the side so when your taking the food home it doesn't get soggy. Made meals for 2 nights and great price
Love it. Very nice friendly atmosphere. A little pricey but, where else you going to find this type of food around here. Greenville one sucks. And the next best thing is in Grand Rapids.

Great food, but disappointed I cannot eat here at lunch anymore because they open at 3pm.. considering the poor food choices in Belding I believe this is a mistake on their part.

I lived in Asia for 5 years and this is the only place I have found that tastes like what my grandmother was cooking for me over there. Little did I know that I had been eating the best Chinese and Thai food in Michigan for something like 20 years! Everything is good and they have the best egg rolls.
We love Chee Peng! They are so nice and accommodating. I'm gluten free and they will make lo-mein for me using a non-wheat noodle... I am so thankful!
The BEST place to eat around here. The food is beyond delicious. I love Paul, he's the best. :) Every time we come in to eat he already knows our usual order and the food is typically ready in 10 minutes or less. GREAT customer service considering i'm a college student and only eat here once every few months, it feels so good to be remembered and cared for.
