Tim Hortons

Very impolite staff (older members not the young ones) greet them with a “good morning, how are you”? And they just blank stare at you, impatiently waiting for you to order. If your people skills are that bad, quit and find a job else where. Will never return to this location again. Not to mention at 1.5 hours to close I’ve been told no hot food? Terrible place, go to a&w or McDonald’s, avoid this place and their terrible staff and service!

I went to this location a while ago while shopping in that area, I ordered a French vanilla with espresso, when I got home I realized there was definitely something wrong, my "French vanilla" tasted like water mixed with hot milk, so I gave them a quick call, not because I wanted a replacement, I don't go to that location often and knew I wouldn't be around that area anytime soon, I just wanted to give them a heads up that their machine might be off so other customers werent getting the same thing I got, I was greeted by an awesome young person, who apologized several times and insisted on taking my name so I could get a replacement next time I found myself in the area, I told them I wasn't sure when I would ever be there again but gave my name anyway, 2 or 3 months after this happened I found myself at that location and decided to ask about it, and it was still there! It literally made my day! And it was worth the wait, I got the best French vanilla I've ever had! 5 stars just for that experience.

Is Tim Hortons location is fast and convenient. It's nice to have a place where you can go and grab a quick drink or snack while you're close to all the stores. Their customer service is excellent and I think their staff are very nice. I'm only giving it a 3-star because it's a pain in the butt in the summer for when you want to enjoy a nice cold drink and they have to tell you that their machine is down. It seems to be a regular occurrence but it's most inconvenient when it's so hot out.

Terrible 2 days in a row gave me coffee instead of tea through drive through and im a regular customer every morning. When we took it back yesterday they argued with us that we didnt get it at there location but gave me a tea after arguing and not accepting it was thier mistake. Very upset they need to change their drive thru worker as this one doesnt listen and is very rude. People are paying good money you need to honor that and we dont have time for repeated mistakes and especially rudness thats not acceptable at all.i will take my bussiness else where if this happens again.
