Mcdonald's

Although there was no one else waiting for their meal, I waited almost 5 minutes for my food that was near cold. I didn't bother having it replaced because I was due for an appointment and didn't want to be late. They seemed more attentive to the drive-thru orders. Neither was there anyone out to clean tables after a person left and we ate at a table with food crumbs left on it. It could be better managed.

Clean and not too busy at 3 PM. Kiosk ordering electronic board was very frustrating. It did not respond to touch hardly and gave me no receipt or even order number at the end. For second order used app and said pick up and worked much better. However at pick up point my order number was still listed as in progress on the board even though it was ready to go-only got it because I asked at pick up counter-then just handed me the bag without even checking my app to confirm that I was the actual person who paid for the order and not a random Joe Blow. I like using tech-but their tech and service do not engender happiness!!

Typically they're really good and go the extra mile for customers with special needs, however I downed their stars as their wifi went out for a few days and I asked about it and they were really rude to me and told me they didn't know what was wrong, so I asked of anyone knew what was going on or if I could get the offer without the app as their wifi wasn't working, I was just told a flat out no, which I really don't believe was fair as all I wanted was a dollar drink that any other year you can just order. You need to train your staff to reset a modem, it's not rocket science or make dollar drinks available to EVERYONE.

Very bad service. Staff is too rude. Today I went there to get skip delivery around 8:05 pm and in description it was clearly written that after 8 pm all mobile order will be collected from drive through window and when I went to drive through one of staff very rudely talked with me and told me to come inside to take order and I went inside food was not ready. I waited long to get food. I am not satisfied with service.

I'm leaving 5 stars because I live in Sackville, and refuse to go to Sackville Mcdonalds. It's horrible. Bedford is about the same length of a drive for me, and it's always amazing. The only complaint I have about this McDonald's is that when they don't have a certain sauce, they have horrible substituting ability. They choose something not remotely close when there was 1-2 that was. But either way, I always go to this McDonald's because it's one of if not the best in the HRM. If anyone from Bedford McDonald's is reading this, you guys are doing good. Keep it up
