Last night we had a horrible experience with this place. This was not our first order, in past and the food was good and the people were nice. The only reason there is two stars is because of how the manager handled it the next day. 8:07 pm we ordered a pizza online for delivery. Ordered for ASAP, email confirmation showed due at 8:59. At 8:30 they called to say that they were out of the funnel cake fries and asked if I wanted a substitution item. At 9:27, at which time the pizza is now 30 minutes late, I called to find out where the pizza is. The woman was EXTREMELY rude, saying we should have called the store after placing the order online for a real estimated time. What is the purpose of ordering online if you have to call the store? Besides, they had already called us earlier about the substitution item. Anyway, back to our call. We are told “it is on the way" and she hung up on me cutting off mid-sentence. She never asked my name or number as she wouldn't let us explain anything before terminating the call. Since the restaurant is only three miles away we expected the pizza soon. It is now 9:43, 20 minutes since we were told “it’s on the way”. When I ask about our pizza that we ordered close to two hours ago, she is again EXTREMELY rude saying, “it’s on the way”. At this time we mention she told us the same thing 20 minutes ago. At that statement she becomes even ruder saying she never said any such thing because she never spoke to us! I asked how she can tell me that since she never asked our order name or number. That is when she tells me we were the only delivery order that night and again repeats “it’s is on the way” and hung up as I was still speaking. The pizza finally arrived a few minutes later at 9:47. If what we just went through wasn’t bad enough, the pizza arrived undercooked! The bottom was cooked but the dough under the toppings was still raw. To make matters ever worse, the wings and guyzone were cold also as they had obviously been sitting for a long time. So when it’s all say and done, almost two hours and we couldn’t even eat the pizza. The next day we called and spoke to the manager. He was apologetic and even called us back after checking into what happened on his end. There is a $20 credit on fill for a future order. After the experience we had, it is doubtful we will use it. I can understand having issues with food quality however, nothing can justify how we were treated by that employee.

Ordered a sheet pizza from them. When the pizza arrived it wasn't cut. Management gave me a hard time when I called. They didn't even offer to replace the pizza but finally offered me a $5 discount for the next time I ordered UPDATE: The manager, Dennis called me and fixed everything. He had great customer service and was really nice.

We have been ordering from this Guy's Pizza since they opened and weekly for the last month or so and things have been fine.( I do wish they had more specials though.) However, on this occasion I was placing my order when I noticed it wasn't giving me the special Tuesday price for my pizza. I called to find out what was going on with their website. The fellow who answered told me he had spoken with the owner and found that the online order specials have not been updated and he would not honor the one I was looking right at! We have gotten "OK" food from them in the past but nothing that would make me come back for more...EVER! I heard they are under new management and they are terrible! Pizza is a competitive business and if you can't make ordering easy for the customer and honor the sales that are online, you will not be around long. Good riddance to them! Many better options all around.

I never recieved my pizza. I never received a call. I still got charged. The best was when I called numerous times before closing time I recieved a message saying press 1 to remain on hold. I'd press 1 and it'd immediately hang up. Crazy bad experience. This is my first negative review ever and I'm well into my 40s. We'll see if they call tomorrow.

Lazy Staff Members!!! I requested a deep dish with only pepperonis as the topping. The pizza was for coworkers and not everyone wanted 5 different toppings. The Guys Staff member had the audacity to say “it’s not worth it, you might as well order a different pizza. It won’t come out looking right and would be a waste”. I’m VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Me as the paying customer placed an order and if I wanted feedback or the opinion of the staff I would’ve asked. My request wasn’t impossible and there is no difference in making a deep dish with 5 toppings versus 1 topping that compensated for the other 4 toppings. Needless to say I was successfully able to order the SAME pizza from a different Guys Pizza and guess what... it looked exactly like a deep dish should with the requested pepperoni toppings (I attached the picture before me and my coworkers dived in). Be away the staff here are lazy and this isn’t my first encounter receive poor customer service from the downtown Bedford Guys Pizza location. If you can’t make pizza why are you working at a pizzeria?!?!? @Guys Pizza Owner: the picture attached was taken from a deep dish purchased from one of your pizzerias (I have a receipt to verify if you’d like proof) please don’t post false information to attract customers. If the deep dishes should look a certain way then you need to have all employees at ALL Guys Pizzerias trained to make it that way. As for my previous statement regarding lazy staff - this is in regards to the Bedford location, no not all of the Guy Pizzeria staff members at all locations are lazy however based on the poor service I received from the Bedford location that inconvenienced me causing me to have to travel 30+ minutes to a different Guys... I’m entitled to post my feedback (which I have) based on the quality of service I received! Please contact me personally if you have further concerns, again please don’t falsely information to the public, the deep dish pizza in the photo was purchased from YOUR company chain restaurant, I can provide a receipt if necessary as it was an online order, thank you.

I ordered a new Yorker and a cheese burger. I was happy with the pizza but I don't appreciate finding a long dark strand of hair in my sons cheese burger. I find that completely gross and completely unsanitary. I believe who ever is in charge of making the food should wear a hair net when handling food.

Very disappointed. I eat ate the guys pizza Downtown all the time and love it. I asked for extra sause pizza wad super dry. I called to tell the manager about te pizza and he said the reason the ouzza was dry is becase i should have pucked it up at 2:47 and my hubby picked it up at 3:15. So I told him not to worry I will never order from him again and we disconnect the call.. Then to my surprise 8 minutes later my phone rings and its the manger calling to make mire excuses. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS GUYS PIZZA AGAIN.. THE ONE IN BEDFORD....only Downtown for me...smh oh yeah I told him that I eat at the one Downtownbalk the time and he says I have a book that I follow I will call him and see what he is doing different.. I can tell you he cares about his Products he is selling.. .smh..Why did he call back... Gerry is very disappointed..

They are starting to slip with quality, a lot of oil or grease pizza soaking through box. Jut tried them again after 3 weeks. The place is now under new management. They are trying hard to make changes. My order this time was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
