Thought we would try this place considering it had some of Snow's old recipes and I loved Snow's since I was a kid. What a disappointment. Overpriced and cheap ingredients. Their Tenderloin was Ok. Nothing great and I can get a better one at Farmers Market out on Hwy 50 for $3.00. Max's Tenderloin is not "Giant" and is a typical frozen patty deep fried and they charge over $7 for it. French Fry portion was half what it should be almost $2 and about the size of a small McDonald's fry. The worst was their hamburger. Preformed mystery meat frozen patty and not good. Service was slow and the first time the burger we ordered was not right. Dad the owner sent his son on a break and the remake of the burger was forgotten until the young teenage boy noticed. Will not be going back. Anyone who remembers Snow's should avoid the disappointment.

Wasn't satisfied went to order meatloaf and they didn't have it for a third time and you get 3 sides but everything else is just a couple dollars short of the same price but only get one side Im just very unhappy all around charging people almost the same price for less food so I'm very disappointed. Every time I call to get my order as delivery, they aren't delivering. Why is this option even advertised it's available if it isnt?

Tenderloins are pretty good. Good vanilla coke and they have the best ice! Like the small crushed kind. Owners and employees are also very considerate.

Max's actually goes under a different name now it's owned by two women who actually do a very good job they always have good fresh food and always have friendly service

The hamburger was a little smaller that I expected. But the taste was great. And the strawberry shake was so good.

If you are looking for a place with good burgers this is it, plain ole burgers. Has a 50's vibe to it. Clean and glad we stopped.

Great Staff Great food love the diner.....But they have no nuts for your ice cream..lol!!!!!
