Food quality is what it is - it's fast food fried chicken; my hopes don't fall too high. Overall the quality of the food received was adequate - in so much that the chicken was cooked through & the fries were hot. It looked as though each sandwich was literally thrown together & then to add insult

The food is good....when they have it. The service is awful 90% of the time. There is only one person that works there who is friendly and doesn't want to tell me all of her problems or talks about other employees while I'm waiting at the drive through. Everyone else acts like they are inconvenience

Slow. Regularly run out of cooked chicken. Failure to forecast higher demand for food at 5:00 is pure ineptitude.

Was in drive thru to order. Told the lady I needed a minute to look at the menu. Literally 30 seconds later, she says " did you mean on Wednesday ?" Are you kidding me? I just wanted a minute to look the menu and not get rudely rushed. Left and went somewhere else.
