Pizza Hut

Restaurant was understaffed, pizza pans were being thrown onto the floor, and phones ringing non stop. Plus, our order was messed up, one pizza was completely forgotten by staff and we then had to drive over 20 minutes back to the store to get our order fixed. After all that, not even a basic apology. Very disappointed!

I waited on hold 30 min total and was hung up on twice. I cancelled my order after that. I ordered online and realized I put the wrong pick up time. So I called the first time to let them know and was on hils for 11 minutes. So I hung up called back and tried to tell them when they answered I was just calling to change my pick up time but was immediately put on hold anyway. About t min later i was hung up on. I called back again tried to tell them before being put on hold again why I was calling. Got put on hold and hung up on again. The last time I waited on hold for 14 minutes at that point my pick up time had already passed and I was aggravated so I just cancelled the order.

Edit: service has taken a turn for the worse. Waited a good 10 minutes for the only server to take our order. In that 10 minutes, multiple tables that we're seated after us placed their order. I walked out. Good pizza, decent service. I have never used their delivery or carry-out service. I have always dined in. In my experience, the food always arrives within a decent amount of time and always tastes really good. The breadsticks here are AMAZING! Best breadsticks in town, that's for sure. My last visit here was on a Monday night, there was a buffet available, and it was awesome! I didn't realize they did buffets in the evening. Large selection of different pizzas that made everyone in my party happy.
