As a previous employee to this establishment, the food may be great but what goes on behind the scenes is not. The management treat the team like garbage, always understaffed, and the GM when I worked there was horrible. The starting wages were lied about and apparently full time means 12 hour weeks

When you run out of fish as advertised, you should tell customers. They are serving swai as whitefish and it tastes terrible. When I complained I was told that they would have real fish in a few days and I could come back. No refund or apology. No thanks.

I ate there and the food was not only cold but greasy. They also got my order wrong. When I spoke to Erin Mathis who is supposed to be the district manager she didn't apologize she just blamed the manager. I will never go back again.

Always reliable! Must have the butterflied shrimp from here. I like the southern style fish as well. The hushpuppies have what looks like real onion in it also a plus for me. Bought a fish sandwich. The bun was black and burned. I called to find out if that was standard. Took the sandwich back but they didn’t look at it or seem sorry they had sent it out in such condition. Very disappointed.

Cold food. Will not return. I was not the only customer with cold food. My complaint was ignored.

My 80 year old mother tells me that she ordered at the counter, then watched them serve the 6 people that came in after her before ever bringing out her food. And she overheard one of the long time managers telling the workers to take care of the other people first because they had a big order. Sha
