Hairs all over my food! I brought it back and they replaced the fish but kept my fries and hush puppies! I had to tell them to give me my fries and hush puppies back I paid for them! Why would you give people half their order back!? They had an attitude when I said I need my fries and hush puppies back! I said if you can't keep the hair out then you need to wear gloves! Gas is $4.50 a gallon and you make people come back waste their time and money and don't even give them anything for their troubles nothing but attitude! Cashier was Harmony E.

Possibly the rudest people I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Had to tell them twice to drop my fries because I wanted them hot and fresh. Got my order wrong from the start and then tried to argue with me about what I ordered. Never once did I see a smile on any of the employees faces. Just an overall horrible experience. Never again will I spend almost $30 for me and my fiance to eat there again!

This place treated us absolutely horribly. The woman kept sighing through the headset, and she tried to get us to leave without buying food. We have 2 young children. We told her what she wanted, and then she stopped talking for LITERALLY 2 minutes, and then we had to tell her what sides we wanted to get her to address us again. Every time we tried to talk to her, she closed the window. Never again. If I could give them a negative score, I would. Pathetic. On top of that, our fish AND chicken were not cooked all the way!! We could taste and feel it. Going in tomorrow to demand a refund.

The most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever been in. The floor was so covered in grease that it felt like walking on an ice skating rink. The cook used his sweaty, bare hands to drop our fish into the batter. Not a single person wore gloves. A family of flies was setting up camp on the counter. We were aggressively told to sit and wait for our food because it would be a while because she was “waitin’ on fish” and we watched as 3 other orders were completed before ours. We left disgusted before our food was ever finished.
