My meal was really good, but there were others at the table that didn't get correct orders or their meal was cooked incorrectly. They were short staffed, but our server was friendly and did the best she could under challenging circumstances (it was Sunday after church).Just be prepared to wait, and if you are a quick drinker, be prepared to go thirsty, or slow down. And be kind to your server- it's not their fault.❤️

The coffee was literally the worst coffee I've ever had. Literally spit it out almost. The waitress did not even come back for me to ask for a water to wash down my greasy food until she brought the check. Overall was not impressed at all. There was literal grease running on my plate and I ordered an omelet. Definitely not coming back. First time ever at one of these and will not return.

Tried to go there today to eat around 2:30,there was only 4 cars in the parking lot so they weren't really busy. Stood up at the counter waiting to be seated by the hostess,we waited for over 5 minutes and no one ever came out to seat us! So we left and went somewhere else. I completely understand that every where is short staffed but not only were they not busy,but the employees were just walking around in the kitchen and not even coming out to check to see if there are customers that need to be waited on. Not impressed at all and goid way to lose business.

Friendly. Faster service than many rest. Much better than most B. Evans. Excellent hash browns. Chicken fried steak was overcooked and oil needed to be changed.

I did Bob Evans carry out for the first time the other day and it was not up to par. Anytime I eat in it's always hot and fresh and exactly what I order and picture perfect. My carryout order was none of that. So I guess from now on I'll just eat in if I'm really craving Bob Evans.

I had the Southwest avocado omelet with hash browns and whole wheat toast. It was wonderful as always. And the best service that you could ask for. For me 5 Stars.

Nice place good food. Only thing I don't like is the girl at they register. On her phone just acts bothered to do anything other then messing with her phone.

If i can give zero stars i would waitress forgot to place our order for over an hr. My coffee had salt in it instead of sugar. The waitress didnt bring me anything to drink i had to share my husbands tea with him. My food had raw hashbrowns still and rotten tomatoes. I left hungry and will probably never come back here again. This is the 4th time this place failed us. The service is aweful food is gross i wouldnt feed it to my dogs.

The wait staff was more worried about who was with whom than customers or cleaning tables. Husband had a hot sandwich and crispy overdone fries, my salad was room temperature. Redeeming thing was that the soup was very good. . . .vegetable beef. When checking out the - we had to find out which Mikey, the one on the football team or another one. Probably won't go back there. . . .

This Bob Evans is appalling, what happened to Bedford? Did drugs destroy this town or what? The wait staff sucks, the food is terrible and the place isn't managed. This is unacceptable and pathetic. Stay away from this place people.

I ordered blueberry French toast and asked waitress (Tonya) if it had cinnamon as I'm Allergic to it. Thankfully she clarified with the cook and the dip does have cinnamon, so cook dipped mine in plain egg mixture and also cooked it on opposite side of grill to make sure there was no cross contamination. Thank you for going above and beyond. �

12.00$ for a burnt steak that was literally gone in 4 bites. Burnt fries and toast. And that was after they brought me the wrong order. Never again . To be fair wife had country fried steak and really liked it

Had a friend take his mother for lunch on Mother's Day yesterday. His mother is in a wheel chair. Nobody wanted to move to let them through to a table, kept trying to switch tablets, and the wait staff was rude and complained about her wheelchair being too big pretty much expecting them to leave. She has just as much right as anyone else to eat here. Needless to say this is one restaurant I will not be coming back to.

We were there with some family on Friday about 11:30 am and was very happy with our hostess, Kristen! She made sure we had plenty of coffee and was very friendly! She was very attentive to our needs. The food was great also! We made sure and left her a good tip! I hope she is there when we go back!

The food is great! However, a couple of the servers we have gotten act like you are wasting their time. And not letting us order what we want. The last time we went, one of the kids wanted Mac and cheese and a side of bacon...and she said she couldn't do that! Said it couldn't be done cause it wasn't on the menu like that!
