Review Boomer Jack's Grill And Bar - Bedford

Haven't been impressed with the service here. The server came to the table and without asking how we were, proceeded to ask what we wanted to drink instead. At least she kept the drinks coming but she wasn't very friendly. The bartender was completely different and was more friendly.

This place is always a hit! The waitress was nice and goofy 🤪. The drinks were good and cheap. There's actually a special on Monday where the drinks were $3.50. After 10pm bar bites are $5. My tab was so cheap. I will return.

Pretty good! I had the new Chicken and Waffles, and let me tell you, those were some of the softest and fluffiest waffles I've had.

We were on a blind date. My date arrived 15 minutes before me. (He said 1:45 and arrived early.) I text him my drink order. Not sure what went wrong. We waited 25 minutes for a server. We finally got the manager. Once we did, All was great. Veronica did a excellent job. (Don't call her Ronnie. Her Dad shut that down! lol) (Fun, and comfortable place for casual talk and Food!)

Always enjoy the bar food. I eat Keto this is a good one. Salad with their bacon cheeseburger patty.

We came in with a group to watch the Browns Steelers game, and the manager came over right away and put the game on. The waitress was attentive, refilling drinks, delivering hot food. My chicken quesadillas were excellent! Thumbs up!

I love Boomer Jacks. Irs a great place to meet up with friends, and the food is really good. Atmosphere is comfortable. My friends and I love the fire pit on the outdoor seating area. They always have a special going on.

Triple B burger was good, service was good. Queso and chips weren't bad. Fried jalapenos very good. Only real complaint was brisket slightly dry. I would readily go back, though, and try other things.

All the food was fine, but the service was really great. I felt bad for asking for all the changes but the manager and waitress were very nice about it.

Horrible service. Ive been to this boomer jacks many of times and loved it but I had the worst service ever the other day and I'm surprised by the way the new staff is conducting themselves the veterans are always great but I got a new girl and she was completely clueless. She didn't know how to hold a conversation at all and it took her 10 minutes or more for me to get another drink after I had to ask her when my glass was clearly empty

Loved the wings and atmosphere. Even though it was Friday night and it was busy the service was still good and the waitstaff was friendly.

Great wraps!. Great buffalo chicken wrap and they have aMazing onion rings!

I have eaten at the boomer jacks in north Arlington and loved the food. However when my husband and I went to this particular location, it took 5 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us, then she sat us in a corner where we waited another 20 minutes for a waitress that never showed up at or table. We finally had to give up and leave. we will never return to this location.

Hands down best bar and grill in town. Tv's everywhere, good drink specials, good wait staff... I just keep coming back.

Montgomery plaza locale. No wonder this food chain omits this location from scutinization, it stinks. we were anxious to give them a second and even a third chance to rectify the history of bad service, inconsitant food, but to no avail. our lunch service today was non-existent. after complaining with the hostess, 2 other tables were still greeted while we sat without drinks. menus in our lap we left to eat at love shack across the street after waiting in a booth for 15 minutes without eye contact with a single server. for the 86% who like the other locations, stay away from this one.

Great atmosphere. It's nice to have a local bar that seems to cater to everyone. the food is great, the drink specials are great, and the staff have all been nice. if i had to say anything negative, it's that they dont have pool tables. other than that... i'm there often

Friends and I go to BoomerJack's Grill in Bedford a couple times a month, mainly to play buzztime trivia , catch up on sports scores, and also for the outstanding customer service of waitstaff!! <br/>On our most recent visit, the waitress went out of her way to listen & remember our requests for trivia, promptly served us and checked on us, always keeping our beverage glasses full, keeping table clean, and answering all of our questions with total courtesy and attention!! This was above & beyond 20% tip service, one of the best servers we ever had, but all of the waitstaff are so courteous and professional at BoomerJack's Grill. To me, they are a model for the restaurant industry and we always feel so welcome.<br/><br/>The food is good, although I wish they would expand the menu a bit, and they have good Happy Hours and an email club.<br/>The sports environment is cool, with numerous plasma tv screens to catch your favorite game. Lots of upbeat, friendly customers, all having a great time.<br/>Oh, they have a really nice outdoor patio with plasma tv's also.<br/>Always look forward to going there!
