Very nice Fish and chips, prepared in clean hygienic surroundings. However the cost seems to be going up here like everywhere else which forces me to use less often which is a shame as I really like their Fish and chips.

Wonderful fish and chips. Brilliant taste. Chips light and fluffy. Fish (cod) was crispy and full of flavour. Shop was very clean and tidy. Very impressed indeed!

Ordered over the phone, the guy was really nice and the order was made swiftly, when I got to the shop the staff were all very friendly and made some small talk while preparing the order, once I was given the food and got home after 15, the food was still warm which I can’t complain about at all, the quality of the food was second to none, the taste and quality beats the likes of King Cod in Kempston and Lakeside in Wixams by far, the only let down was the portion size of the large cod I ordered as I could have easily gotten a bigger cod somewhere else paying for a regular, nevertheless the quality beats everywhere I’ve been in Bedfordshire and even tho I have to travel to the other side of Bedford to get their food I’ll be ordering from these lot every time (up the portion sizes a bit and this place will honestly be perfect)
Also think these lot are losing out on so much business by not being on the likes of Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and GoGetters👍

I used to come here with my Dad when I was young. I’m now 40 with my own daughters and saw that Dom and his family were back running the shop so took her this evening for our dinner. It was amazing. Just as good as I remember. We’ll be back soon.
