Great customer service and have been here many times over the years.
It’s not cheap but it’s costa so prices aren’t set by them…
For me, they’ve always got orders correct (I have allergies so worry about wrong orders), and tables are generally clean. Plenty of (free) parking in the retail park too.
There’s also a drive thru too which isn’t clearly labelled on Google maps but very visible when you visit.

Ordered through the drive-thru, really quick and efficient service. I had to add an extra two coffees to my order which can be seen as really annoying however, the server on the window ( her name is Adelaide) was really patient. She didn’t get annoyed. She deserves more recognition for her efforts. Thank you Adelaide.

✅ Always excellent customer service! Thank you Remi 💕 I came in for a pot of hot water and honey, I wasn't feeling too well and wanted some me time to journal and make a nice fresh mint leaf 🌿 tea, which they don't do so hot water and 🍯 will suffice 😉 and Remi was wonderful!
She didn't charge me much at all and I got everything I needed, she made my day! Thanks beautiful Remi! A credit to Costa 💐💐

Much better than the Costa at Kingston Milton Keynes but a bit of a wait to get my drinks! Loafs of people serving but only 1 person actually making the drinks? Would have been 5 stars if not for that.

Re-furbished café much more attractive and with a good number of people sitting at tables it had a very nice vibe. Very short time in the queue. Coffee good and pain au raisin almost fresh.
