Bob Evans

I stopped there yesterday for their Thanksgiving Special because I was alone this year a friend asked me to join him and his wife. I have to say I was very disappointed. I ordered the big dinner meal which came with turkey and ham. Well they brought me the turkey but not the ham. I told the waitress, and she went and got a guy to ask me what's wrong. So I told him the ham is missing from my meal, and he said I'll have some brought right out to you. OK 25 minutes I received the ham cold. The coleslaw came out in a bowl looking like coleslaw soup. I understand they were busy, someone's should have paid attention to the meal. The manager discounted the meal, but it was a very disappointing experience. What a Thanksgiving!

Lunch time at this Bob Evans is most often busy. We got seated and greeted by the waitress in good time.As always it was clean and very comfortable.I chose the Turkey dinner, overall it was good but not like Grandma's holiday dinner,the turkey was the best ,cooked just right,the potatoes were bland,the stuffing was dry and tasteless, the gravy was salty. My lunch partner chose was a Chicken salad. It looked perfect and very appealing,but the chicken lacked a good amount of flavor, but overall was good. We will be back soon and as no one person/ place can be perfect every time.
