Well, ordered and they were not delivered. Saw 2 pizza boxes on my neighbors porch. Waited; still nothing. Called the store 20 times with no answer. Tried the option 1 button but was sent overseas. Then called Customer Service where the nice gentleman said they could get the pizzas to me by tomorrow and a refund would take 3 business days. Why have the store extension if no one answers it?

I simply asked for well done and cut into squares. The pizza, sadly was the opposite, extremely doughy and standard cut. Also a tremendous amount of sauce and minimal toppings, with the exception of mushrooms. I did however receive the pizza very quickly. I would have much rather waited longer for a fully cooked pizza minus extra sauce and adequate toppings cut simply as I asked.

Today I placed my order ahead of time for delivery, by a few hours. The pizza was the best one yet from this location, it was fresh and hot and the driver was friendly and kind. I appreciated the fact that the pizza didn't taste as thought it had been sitting in a car for a long period of time--it makes such a big difference when you order your food and receive it hot!

This location is the best location in the area. The food is always made correctly fresh and on time. Even after we made a mistake on ordering our pizza tonight they fixed it free your charge with a smile. Everyone there is professional and great customer service

The food was fresh, correct, and great. Delivery driver was friendly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I specifically clicked the “no contact delivery” option that they’re advertising and apparently they’re not doing that since the driver was waiting for me at the door with my food still in his bag and had me sign a receipt. It’s not his fault, obviously, but it is annoying that they offer it and don’t follow through.

Check the pizza & cookie before you hand it to me - it was flat/thin as if I ordered a thin and crispy… but I ordered hand tossed. Additionally it was very dry - as if it were cooked too long. The cookie was so bad we threw it out along with pizza after a few slices. Usually the unit does well but this was our worst experience.
