Bob Evans

I never seen such poor management, they stopped seating people right after us telling them they were short staffed. We had 2 little kids that were thirsty, we sat at the table over 20 minutes no one came to the table. The manager I assumed stood & talked to customers at a table for over 15 minutes, the lone server was standing talking to another table for over 10 minutes. I understand the short staff problem but there was only 3 other tables occupied while we were waiting & the manager & server was talking to 2 of them. Definitely needs a management change!

Over 30 minutes waiting when told 15 minutes. Asked for over medium eggs (dunkable with whites done), broken yolks, dried out yolks smeared, mixed in with whites done. Server was very nice, but super scattered. Took drink order, waited over 10 minutes for a coffee. Ordered English muffins, come back to say they're out. Couldn't remember who ordered what. Overall THE Worst Experience at any Bob Evans in 20 years!

I picked up a salad with grilled chicken on Mother's Day. I was very disappointed, the lettuces was limited, and seemed not fresh. I paid 11.00 for a salad that wasn't good at all. Maybe everyone that worked there must have been very busy, and didn't notice it! I would have NEVER prepared a dish like that for a customer.

This Bob Evans supports BULLYING of employees. DON'T SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. A good employee was forced to walk out and be fired after the general manager and corporate manager was involved prior to this. The world already sucks enough with so many people changing jobs and not having the skills and experience to provide good customer service, we shouldn't support a place that allows a few good employees to walk away due to torture from stubborn old employees.

Normally Bob Evans is outstanding, but over the past couple of months, the Beavercreek location has made a downward turn. Staffing seems to be an issue, which in turn has lead to much longer wait times along with mistakes in orders. I am a fan of Bob Evans, but until things change, I would suggest one of the other locations.

I liked the food there... got some scrambled eggs, turkey sausages and fried eggs with coffee and pancakes... I first checked the rates on google maps about this place so I was kinda expected that I won’t be happy with food and service... but it didn’t happened... food was in time, warm and tasty... and the service was great... our waitress was quick and so helpful... she took after as well... clean and good prices as well... they doing a good job for me there... no complaints...
