Jimmy John's

I have always enjoyed Jimmy John's lettuce wraps...until...I found out from a close family member employed at Jimmy John's that vaping of weed was occurring during store hours inside the establishment and hands were not being washed after changing out gloves to handle food. Needless to say I encouraged family member to quit the establishment and have not returned since this time. I also recommend that family and friends avoid this restaurant until they are more compliant with food laws and cognizant of others desires to stay clean and away from smoking indoors while at work.

Usually an open sign means you're open... pulled up to get some food and the workers made a 'nah' gesture before making it up there like they just decided they were done serving food for the night... so I left, even when everything online says they were supposed to be open. Update your hours if you aren't going to serve people when you don't feel like it :)

I placed a pick up order today 9/1 due to the online ordering being down. (I first called to make sure they were open because I know the week or two prior, an order was cancelled due to low staffing/no delivery driver.) The girl who answered was super friendly and kind and let me know she was the only staff member there today! (Not sure if this is due to general under staffing, employee illness or what but I felt so bad she was by herself!) I went to pick up my order and the line was almost out the door as well as several patrons dining in. My order was correctly made, ready and on time. She even took the time to step away from what she was doing to confirm my name for the order. She was pleasant and friendly and seemed VERY calm during what seemed to be a busy and stressful scenario. That being said, I just had to make mention of how composed and polite she was under these circumstances and I hope upper management notices her SOLO job today was done well.

Look I hate to do this and be a Karen but this really got on my nerves today. While I was trying to order, the cashier and I were having a hard time understanding each other because of employees yelling and horse-playing. When I tried to pay, the system went down (which is no ones fault), but I was basically forced to sit there for an additional 10 minutes having to put up with these kids behind the counter throwing things at each other and being extremely loud. Look, I just want to get in and out with the food I ordered, that’s why I go to Jimmy John’s it’s fast and the food is good, so I don’t mind paying a little extra for a sandwich to get on with my day. I do not need to have a show put on by the Jimmy John’s circus. When I finally got my food the order was wrong, probably because the guy at the register couldn’t hear me. This location needs work, and I will try my best to avoid it.

First and last time we'll eat here! I love Jimmy John's but this location is just awful!! Tried to charge us $32 for an $8 and a $9.99 combo meal and when I pointed it out all we got was a "My Bad." We almost walked out but my husband really wanted Jimmy John's and I wasn't driving to Dorothy Lane. Our bill did get fixed but seriously. Teach your employees some customer service skills
