I waited 35 minutes to get my drink through mobile order, and they didn't even start it until I went up and asked about it. They had forgotten about the drink and had said it aside. Where's Starbucks experience I've ever had, and I've had them get my drinks wrong many times.

Alright as far as Starbucks go. Coffee always seems a bit over brewed, they need to check their little stand outside more often, if I have to put my own cream and sugar in, it'd be great if it wasn't in an open container in a SHOPPING MALL . Ew. Single serving creamers should be used here.
