Some of the best Colombian food I've ever eaten. Wasn't expecting perfect arepas and frijoles in Dayton, but here we are. If you're in town, definitely hit up La Colombiana Restaurante. Seriously, the frijoles are to die for.
The food is really delicious and a great portion size for the cost. The staff is really friendly as if they know you or are friends, makes you feel really welcomed and a enjoyable experience. I definitely love bringing my friends here when they want to try a different type of food.

Wonderful food as always. The service was quick and I got my food quickly. Everything served in this restaurant is made from scratch, so when they are busy, it can take some time to get your food. And the food is definitely worth the wait, but it helps to be aware of this when you walk in the door. It's clean, and everyone is so incredibly friendly.
We loved the place, had the best time there. We are from Mexico and have a lot of Colombian friends, and still we were very surprise to find new flavors and combinations. Everything was delicious!!!! And the people was super friendly. We had the best time!!!

This is some of the best food in Dayton. They cook your food fresh and to order, so you might have to wait but it is so worth it. They make a pineapple casserole that is to die for. Love the empanadas and the yucca.
The best vegetarian meal I've eaten in forever. Excellent service, and surroundings. All 4 of my meat eating comrades agree.
Great food 😋 . Super friendly and helpful staff. We have been wanting to try this place for about a month and it was worth the wait. 👍
The food was excellent. Takes a while to get your meal as everything is made to order. Well worth the wait.
They have the friendliest staff and the best food you can possibly eat!
We had never had Columbian food and were very pleasantly surprised with the flavor and uniqueness of this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back!
Excellent, fresh, authentic Colombian food. The potatoes (papas) were the best that I have ever had. Salmon was delicious!
Food was excellent and so were waitress and waiter...very friendly!
Had dinner there last night. Excellent food, huge portions, great great service and really good prices. Empanadas are very good. I live in Columbus but will make the trip back for dinner again. Wish they made a non alcoholic mojito.
Excellent food and atmosphere. Highly recommend the plantains, they are life changing.
First time ever trying Columbian food and It was excellent. Not many vegetarian options but the ones they have are excellent. The plantains and sauces were out of this world so very good. Was very happy with my first experience. Definitely worth trying out. I'd recommend eating here if you're curious.
Random stop in did not disappoint! Large group and we all loved our food! Small menu with only traditional foods but they were tasty if you are looking for something new
Great Local restaurant. Wonderful food. We enjoy it each time we visit. Everytime we visit, we have to order the pineapple gratin. The service is always spot on.
My first time and I was well pleased, I had tried a "Columbian"restaurant in downtown Dayton that was trash, this place was without a doubt better.
I had the Bandeja Paisa, it came out freshly prepared, hot and delicious. There was so much on the plate but I cleaned it up. Next time I go back I'm trying the empanadas. Thumbs up!
Bright, invigorating and cozy ambience playing a very pleasing mix of latin tunes. Empanadas are stuffed full of chicken, beef or veggies. Patacones were also good. Salsa Rosa and Avocado a nice touch. Authentic. Friendly staff. Minus 1 star for not having items on the menu: no obleas, no yuca.
If my husband and son said food was good, then it's true. They are very picky eaters and they loved the empanadas and tried the fry yuca. Excellent service.
I was there six years ago (I don't live in the area) and thought I remembered really liking it. Must have, because today's visit was a treat. Service was not fast, but it was very pleasant. It was nice to share a meal with friends without feeling rushed. The food was all very good. It was particularly interesting to try a different style of empanada than I had had before.
The proportions are large and the food is freshly made as you order. There is a bit of a wait to get your food, but you know it's never seen a heat lamp. Additionally (and this part is often overlooked) there are plenty of non- alcoholic drink options available beyond the usual coke/Pepsi.
