ordered two pizza and 21 wings. each pizza was made separately and the wings were cooked last. what was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes took 45 while i waited in their sketchy lobby. the food was good though.

Ordered online. 20 minutes later, the website says my food is ready. I drive to the store and my order wasn't even started yet. I had to wait in the lobby for 25 minutes while they started my order from scratch. Why would I get told my food was ready when it wasn't? No explanation in person either, they didn't acknowledge it once to me, just panicked to each other about it.

This place is very out of the way for me, but I due prefer "Papa John's" when it comes to this kind of pizza place, so I will go out of my way if I'm in the mood and have time due to the higher quality, one thing that makes this chain more enjoyable than other chains is that they serve Pepsi products, so there is not much I can think of to improve the place

I've been ordering for years. Probably 100 times. Used to have great service. Used to have same delivery times. For the past 6 months or do, apparently they're down people. The online order thing doesn't say how long it will be. Guess what? It's 2 hours plus...always now. Papa John's Corporate needs to get those location some people. It's sad because I love their pizza. 2 hours wait for food ethen you're hungry, unacceptable. I canceled every time before they started to cook.

This location isn't the greatest. Skip papa John's, the NY style pizza is underwhelming at best. Ideally try to find a mom and pop/1 of pizza shop. If you have to get chain pizza, Vocelli is a much better option

Food descent for a quick pizza, just whatever time they tell you to be there for pickup arrive about 20 minutes after the later time they quote or else you will be standing around waiting and they quote 2 hr delivery time. Guy beside me ordered at 3pm for 7 pm pickup, its still late and we are both standing here waiting

3 because I've had good pizza in the past. But it was absolutely the worst pizzas I've ever had, I picked up 20 minutes after ordering and it was cold, half raw and only part of the toppings. Is what it is, no place is perfect all the time. But seriously, order from Yolanda's when they're open. Should've made a salad.
