I enjoyed visiting Black Waters Coffee. The atmosphere was more upscale with a friendly vibe. A very comfortable place to hang for awhile or grab and go.
Their lighter roast was a remarkably full flavored coffee. Since I was going to be here over an hour, I ordered the bottomless cup! The $2.25 price was very reasonable in my book.
I applaud the service! The barista could not have been any friendlier. I noticed a door in back marked “Roasterie” and asked the barista. She informed me they used to roast there, but due to the growth of the business they now had a separate, larger roasting facility.
Black Waters was super clean. They had outlets convenient to seating to charge cell phones and computers. There was plenty of seating and it was comfortable.
They have their own parking lot. It is small,but don’t worry as there is ample street parking around their attractive building.
Have coffee, hot chocolate, chai, smoothies, breakfast, and/or lunch at Black Waters.
I would definitely visit again.
Great drinks! Some staff members seem less than enthused to be there. Don't stop here if you're in a hurry as the service is often slow. I don't mind tho. I'll just plan to leave the house a little early if I want to stop for a treat. Worth the price!
I went here, excited to try a new local coffee shop. I asked the lady at the register what her favorite was, which was the caramel frappe. I decided I would try it, and man I was impressed. I work at Starbucks and am used to the really sugary sweet Frappuccinos, but this was amazing. The coffee they used was wonderful. I can't wait to visit again!
Love the coffee, the Baristas could be a bit friendlier honestly.
The coffee is amazing! Smoothies are delicious! Baked goods are fresh. My only complaint is the time it takes to get your order. If you order food or have more than one drink, expect a long wait. I ordered 4 drinks and waited at least 20 mins. I was the only one who had ordered. There was no one in front of me. The drinks were delicious but it just takes too much time. If it could be sped up a bit, I'd go there alot more.
The coffee is always made to order and reasonably priced. Their baked goods are okay. It's kind of crowded? But they have outdoor seating that is rarely used. It's never a long wait for coffee, and they play wonderful music.
Madison to Rosendale perfect halfway point for good quality espresso and coffee. Drinks were A+ here and we are always trying new places in the Twin Cities. This place is probably better than most that weve been too
This was my first time at this place. The staff was friendly and helpful since I had no clue what to order. The establishment is clean and well decorated. I felt very comfortable hanging out there. It's homey. And the food and drink was delicious!
