The habachi dinner show was real fun and entertaining the food was decent quality and the sushi was delicious. For being in the mountains and having some real crazy competition from the resorts the food and prices are great. This was our first time coming and it felt real friendly and personal even with two other parties at the table.
The show was nice to watch, chef was funny. Spicy Tuna was good. Fried rice was actually better the day after. Chicken was not over or under cooked. The pot stickers were good as well as the dipping sauce.
I was proud and excited with the service. These young men did not disappoint. These days it's hard to find good service. Restaurants understaffed, employees over worked and People are just plain rude old farts. Nozawa had the best service I have experienced in YEARS! It reminded me of the good old times. Kudos to the staff!
So if you know there’s an authentic Hibachi experience and there’s the watered down Hibachi experience. THIS IS DEFINITELY AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE!
I’ve loved hibachi when I was younger, this place brought me back to loving Hibachi! I was shown two new tricks that I’ve never seen so that was nice!

Food was delicious. Sushi was very fresh. Great menu. Lots of options for everyone. Can't wait to try something new next time we visit the area.
