Lunch in Beaver Creek at the Hyatt was very good. I had the salmon with rice and salad. The only complaint was the slow service.

We have dined here regularly during summer and winter family trips. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages. Delicious food and great service. Relaxing atmosphere. Kick back and enjoy. Had fun at breakfast buffet during the St. Patrick's weekend. GREEN!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The entire staff was very attentive and pleasant. The bartender (wish I could remember his name) was super friendly, and we tried a variety of cocktails and all were perfect.
