I'm not a big coffee person, but Sertinos offers more than that. The Baristas are not only friendly but very knowledgeable of their products. The coffee suggestion made by the young lady was very good . I believe she told me it was one of her favorites . The suggestions for sandwiches, considering my preferences and taste, from her were on point. The sandwich that I had that day was outstanding (thanks Kim!). The atmosphere there is one where you can either people watch, have small gatherings, or have private conversations with your friends. I have known the owner for almost 20 years when he opened his first location. I am very happy that his business has flourished as it has. He's a great guy!

I order a grande Mexican hot chocolate a mocha frappacino with half the amount of coffee flavoring and a large water. The very nice n sweet lady that helped me gave me suggestions of monkfruit sugar substitute. I didn't get her name but just hope this gets shown to her. She is definitely a gem to your facility! Thank you ma'am for everything today.

The food always tastes great and is fresh. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is due to management. I've noticed a high turn around rate, and the high frequency of new employees has yielded less than par skillsets recently. This place used to be 24 hours, and I used to see a lot of the same baristas, but lately it's been new people every time. The manager needs to implement a way for debit transactions to add a tip. That small change alone could go a long way, in employees staying longer. They also stopped the rewards program, and for that I also visit less.

Straight up 5 in everything! I love coming here and the staff is always friendly. If you aren't sure on what to get, ask the batista for a recommendation, they usually don't disappoint there! My recommendations are: Chunky Monkey (iced, hot, or frap), Almond Joy (hot), Snickers (hot), and German Chocolate (iced, hot, or frap). For food, I suggest getting the hot BLT. It's nice and toasty and has cheese on it. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I suggest at least going there once before you leave town.

I absolutely ADORE this place. They offer many things, coffee, breakfast, lunch, wifi, plenty of comfortable seating. The owner and workers are always very sweet and can put a smile on your face on your worst days. I have heart issues but still love my caffeine and they work around that issue so I can enjoy my caffeine and still keep my heart rate down. Highly recommend them!
