Willy Burger

This is a super cute spot with an air stream attached for additional seating. I love the old school dinner decor. We were welcomed immediately upon entering. Super friendly and helpful person taking orders. Our burgers were absolutely delish, with toasted buns, grilled onions, real cheddar cheese, tasty pimento cheese and the perfect bun to smashed meat ratio. Yummy!

First and foremost, awesome customer service!!! The burger was a perfect size. I had the blue cheese bacon burger. Was going to add mayo, but the bun looked to be buttred, so I passed on the mayo. My burger was very cooked throughly, so I'm not sure if cooked to order patties are an option here. The handmade onion rings were amazing! I highly recommend them. And if you sit at the bar you can watch them make em for you. Salads are new to the menu, and let me say they are huge. The young man working the register was also whipping up an order of Parmesan fries (yes, he put clean gloves on) and served us up a sample order to try. The warm fries were crispy and melted the cheese just enough to stick. This place, though not directly on I-10, is worth the drive off the beaten path to have a bite.

Heard about Willy Burger from a friend moving back to Houston from Beaumont, TX. We had to try it. So we drove to Beaumont early Sunday to arrive first through the door and beat the rush. We wanted a full experience so we ordered a Huck Finn, Kung-fu, and He-Haw along with parmesan fries, onion rings and to top it all off.. a funnel cake and drinks. By far the best burgers we have ever eaten! The buns were soft. Every burger hit the entire pallet of flavors. There was sweetness provided by the jam, or Apple, salty feta or bacon, the red pepper jelly had the perfect amount of spice and Asian slaw perfect tang. We cut the burgers in half and each was better then the last!! Crisp perfectly seasoned fries, onion rings made fresh when ordered and a crisp on the outside fantastically tender funnel cake. My gosh. The staff were super welcoming. Restaurant clean. All in all it was a drive well worth it. Make the trip...prices are insane. For a gourmet burger at $7.99?! We want to take the family to the Katy location. Going to have to compare and see if the burgers are as good. 😊

Very retro nive burger place. I visited Beaumont for a day on a work trip and this was recommended by a local. My chicken burger was pretty good although I wish it had had a little more seasoning, but the chicken was juicy and delicious. Fries were frozen which was disappointing since I figure a hole in the wall kinda place would have hand cut fresh fries. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Parking was atrocious and it end up parking and having to walk about 50 ft or so from a parking lot over. I really enjoyed the experience overall.
